What does TacitSoft help with?
TacitSoft provides three recurring enterprise services: Platform Architecture & Modernization decides the target state and sequence; Enterprise Image & OS Lifecycle builds and maintains approved artifacts; Managed Platform Reliability & Delivery operates and improves the agreed production-delivery boundary. Application, database, and API implementation are capabilities delivered within those responsibilities, not a fourth service.
What happens after I request a free assessment?
TacitSoft responds with a bounded Initial Assessment Report covering observations, limitations, recommended evidence or collector, and a next step. No payment, account, qualification survey, evidence upload, or email code is required first.
Do you offer one-time consultations?
Yes. A paid one-hour consultation is available for focused technical review, architecture decisions, deployment issues, or infrastructure planning.
When is an Architecture & Delivery Review appropriate?
The Architecture & Delivery Review is an optional, separately scoped paid follow-on when the free assessment shows that a material decision needs deeper human diligence.
Do you support Kubernetes and CI/CD audits?
Yes. TacitSoft offers Kubernetes resource review, Ubuntu STIG and CMMC Linux preflight diagnostics, CI/CD runner review, and platform reliability planning.
How quickly do you respond?
Most inquiries receive a response within one business day. Urgent production concerns should include context, impact, and timing in the initial message.
